MidFunder was founded by two ambitious entrepreneurs, who were facing challenges, by choosing the right finance with existing funding options.
Our founders, Patrick and Pascal, both VC who met tons of founders and all with the same problem. They needed funding, but no bank provided finance to them.
Banks asked for personal guarantees and often wasted weeks of waiting time until they got finally rejected.
Other financial institutions asked founders to give up equity, which comes with high costs and is even more time consuming, while loosing the control of their own company.
This is why we created MidFunder, where business owners can get capital on fair terms and focus on growing the business.
